When you place an order with us, your card is charged in USD at the moment the order is placed, not when the parcel leaves our warehouse.

Sky & Sol accepts all major credit and debit cards, along with the wallets below. All payments are processed through Shopify Payments.

Payment must clear in full before an order is dispatched.

Refunds and cancellations

If you want a refund before your order ships, contact us within 24 hours of placing it and we will cancel and refund it. If that window has passed, you are still covered: send the product back with the free return label we provide and you will receive a full refund.

Once a refund is issued, it takes up to 10 business days to appear back on your account, depending on your bank.

Your full card number is never visible to us. Once a purchase completes, all we see is your billing information, your shipping information, your order details, and the last four digits of the card used.
