How does the Sky & Sol SOLMates program work?
When you sign up you receive a unique referral link to share with your audience. Every time someone buys through your link, you earn a commission based on the value of that sale.
How do I edit the products on my page?
Log into your storefront and use the '+' button at the bottom of the page to pick individual products or build a collection to feature.
What counts as a successful conversion?
A conversion happens when someone clicks your unique affiliate link and completes a purchase on our website. As long as the order is placed through your link, it counts and you earn the commission.
Our tracking uses a 30-day cookie window, so if someone clicks your link and buys any time within 30 days, you still get credited for the sale.
How do I track my commissions and stats?
Log into your storefront and click 'View my dashboard'. You will see your commission stats (approved sales, sales amount, commission earned), your social stats (approved and rejected posts) and the rewards earned each month.
Our best advice for growing those numbers: share your genuine experience with the product, post honest reviews, and stay active on whichever platform your audience actually uses. Consistency and authenticity do the heavy lifting.
What is the commission rate?
The standard rate is 20%. Once you have made 3 sales you are bumped to 25% on every future sale. The top 10 affiliates each month get a temporary boost to 30% for that month, with no cap.
How do I get paid?
We pay monthly, through the payout method of your choice, and you get an email every time you make a sale. Your full sales and commission history is always available in your dashboard.
Commissions are paid out on the first business day of the following month. The sales period closes on the 29th of each month at 6:59 PM CDT, so anything sold after that time counts towards the next month.
Do I need a large following to join?
Not at all. Whether you are an established creator or just getting started, you are welcome. Our SOLMates have audiences of every size, and some promote purely by word of mouth to friends and family.
